Veridt's unique “Low Power Computational Algorithm” (LPA) for fingerprint verification performs with a high level of accuracy and consistency and is optimized for speed and performance when used on low power computer processors. Our LPA is extremely efficient on processor speeds as low as 48 MHz (16-bit datapath) and 33 MHz (32-bit datapath). This algorithm can be used in a wide range of applications from custom electronic devices to any handheld, mobile, wireless device, or notebook/desktop PC. Our LPA is currently executing on Windows® CE, Pocket PC, Pocket PC 2002 and other operating systems for custom embedded solutions.
